Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Handle induction and on-boarding formalities of new joiners
Maintain employee database and MIS reports accurately
Take care of the entire gamut of HR activities.
Handle employee grievances and engagement activities
Handle complete payroll management and statutory
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports
Implementation of training and development
Assist the recruitment team in closing positions
Conduct Performance Appraisals and Employee Surveys
Handle employee separation/exit process
And any other activities assigned as per the company's requirement.
